Can I return my box?

Due to the nature of our products (healthcare and hygiene), we can only accept returns on unopened and unused boxes, in their original packaging.


How do I request a return?

Please contact us info @eyespluscare.com within 14 days of receiving your box.

We’ll provide instructions for returning your box.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned box, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

Please note: original delivery costs are non-refundable.


What if my box arrives damaged or incomplete?

If your box is damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving it — we’ll happily replace or refund as appropriate.


Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account — no penalties or long-term commitment.

If your next box has already shipped, your cancellation will apply to the following month.
